I am looking for the black trim pieces that go vertically near the B pillar of the door. Both of mine are missing or were broken at some point. If anyone has a sedan junker laying around, or a four door parts car, I would love to pick up a set. Again, this is the only vertical piece on the front doors. And the only trim on the upper part of the door.

natedog already sent a grill. Should be here any day. Please keep an eye out for a four door. Half tempted to see if a coupe piece will work.

The coupe ones are different for sure. I never made it to the other yard on Sunday and it looks like its going to be raining this weekend. If nobody else can get these in the next few days maybe I can grab them by the middle of the week.

That's cool. I am not in a big rush, but that is all that is left to complete my missing and broken parts.

I am also using the resource here to see if anyone has or knows of any.

Still looking for these pieces. Someone has to have a crappy four door laying around. Or know of one.

I just went to a local yard w/ an 89 Summit sedan. I removed the door trims, but the black pins that hold into a clip on the door are broken. But it looks like they are also held on by tape.

If you want, I can wait till Monday or Tuesday to ship that grille out & I can send a set of trim with.
What pieces do you need?

They should be bolted from the inside. Unless they are held in like stock I am not interested in the. They can't be broke and have to fasten like stock.

There is one bolt location & 1 or 2 alignment pins molded into each piece. Additionally there is double sided tape used.
These pieces look nice, but at least half of the alignment pins have cracked off of the molding.

I know you could attach them w/ the remaining screw & the tape, but thats up to you.

Yeah the pins just position it in the correct spot, the two phillips screws hold it on. I have looked at a few more yards and no sedans so far.

Are the screws still there? I thought they were bolts. Haven't looked in a long time. I just need what ever fastens them to be there and not broken. I would likely not reglue them anyway.

Sedans are not like the hatches. IIRC, they only have one screw and two pins that are held in by clip.

I have never been able to remove those without breaking the pins and it's not very often that I come accross one in the yard that have those panels intact. Sometimes I see one car may have one that is not broken, but mostly the cars there have all four flopping around because of the broken pins.

3M those, I have pretty much given up in getting a non-broken set for my sedan. (although next time I see a sedan i'll try once again to remove them without breaking those pins)

Will do. Im glad I delayed shipment of the grille. I have to check if they are open today?
If not I will get them tomorrow & send the whole "care package" out to you.
