It is that simple. There are even a few dsm's with compound setups. The new powerstrokes come that way from factory.

I would do it, works like a champ on darn near every setup.

And this is old hat in diesel circles. The new hottness is triples. Still two stages of compression, primary stage is split between two smaller chargers then compression into a secondary compressor.

Compounded Diesel Turbos FTW (~200psi on alcohol there)

Yeah a buddy of mine has a 2g that made over 600whp and spools almost instantly.
