Not completely finished, but here's the car:

6-bolt 4G63t
SF Header
SF FMIC
Mutiny Custom Cams
FP3575 w/ t3 turbine housing
780s
Walbro 255 HP
DSMLink
MAFT
A whole bunch more...

Car needs to be wet-sanded and buffed (was just painted). I also need to do something about the front bumper (lower lip or something). But anyway, here are a few pics:

Whoa, Mutiny Cams? That's a blast from the past!

I've never seen anyone take an FP3575 and put it in a Garrett housing before, that's pretty cool. I really like that turbo in general. You should really consider an intake manifold upgrade in your near future. Very clean car dude.

Pretty nice looking build man. I think Jerry used some kinda aftermarket Mazda Miata front bumper cover on his car to cover his fairly large FMIC, might wanna ask him about it. What size housing is that, .82?

Very nice! If only the MAF Trans and battery weren't there it would be perfect. Usually I hate lots of gauges, but those fit very well in the interior.

How does the radiator/core support on a 4g compare to a 3g? I was thinking of running a Shearer or SLS header on my 3g, and I'm not sure if it will fit (I have the radiator IN the core support now, its an AFCO).

Nice build, when does the 3575 hit full boost?

.63 I believe, I'd have to look.

More weight over the front tires!

4500 or so. Hard to tell right now because of my clutch problem; I'll explain it below.

Thanks for all the really positive comments, guys! Unfortunately, the clutch cannot handle the power. I bought a cheap-o Gripforce Ebay 6-puck and it spins at minor boost. I have a 2600lb ACT with street disc on the way. Other than that, the car is a blast. Very nimble even with only aftermarket springs and stock struts. Some nice adjustable struts will make a huge difference. I'll keep everyone post as I get it dialed in with the new clutch and making some real power on the dyno.

I didn't realize that more weight over the tires meant more traction.

fruit and banana' baller. My dream "DSM". Supposedly the 4g coupes are lighter than the 3g hatches? Anyone know? Either way, it's got that new car feel without the cost of a new car. Complete happy medium!

That t3 housing is uncommon, but I'm down with it. The Mitsu housing is a compromise and doesn't belong in the engine bay at that turbo size IMO.

All it needs is a new steering wheel and that lower IC pipe painted black.

Yes, they are lighter. I don't know by how much, but they are.

That is exactly why I chose this car. Feels a bit newer on the interior, SUPER light, and unique. They car feels like a toy weighing what it does. Bad news, though. ACT Clutches are on backorder for my car, so I am stuck with this shitty Ebay clutch for a while.

Where are you trying to order your clutch from?

www.roadraceengineering.com has some great deals on ACT clutches. I'd highly recommend the 2900lb kit for your setup though. The 2900lb plate actually has a lighter pedal feel than the 2600lb due to a different pivot point on the fingers of the pressure plate.
