Thanks, yes i have been busy but still have lots more to do! I probably could do that, as of right now I havent been too concerned, I ordered hood pins for it today and am going to try and fine tune it a little more. I am not sure on the A/C compressor, I could take more pics, would that help? Ive seen your progress on the Elantra/summit, so you finally went with the Elantra as the candidate for the 4g63? I can only imagine how that will come out seeing your work from this car! Thanks and I still want to meet you one day!
I wanted to swap the Summit but it just drives so nice, is super reliable, decently quick and has ice cold AC. I just ordered everything from CaptainTonus for the 60k maintenance so now I'm positive it'll stay stock. 158k on it and it runs like new.
I really want to do an Evo III swap but it seems they are getting popular as well, the Elantra will be a better sleeper and alot cheaper and easier for sure so that will more than likely be the route I take. Plus I have a GVR4 rear laying around for it as well

.
I have no idea on the clearance for the alternator I just remember seeing on Jason's AWD video that he mentioned having to use smaller tubing to clear the AC compressor. Maybe someone with the AWD swap can take some simple measurements for you.
If all goes well we will be at the shootout this year. That's why I want to get all the maintenance done on the Summit as the current timing belt has 100k on it

. Looking forward to meeting you and alot of others from the board as well. Plus it'll be my first shootout even though I've been into DSM's for 10 years.
