Chipped a tooth on my fifth gear set in my FWD 92 trans set.

Need a gear set to replace this pair. Seems 91-94 FWD and AWD fifths are all interchangeable in this regard, but it you have an AWD, it may be preferable due to lowering the RPM versus the FWD set. FWD sets also considered.

If you have a pristine gear set and they come from a trans that has never been grenaded, let me know.

Last of the part needed to get my trans in the car and see how it runs. This will be a shake down for a built trans seeing the road for the first time since I bought it off someone that had not had the chance to install and run it.

I have some parts from a 91 awd trans. Can you post a pic of what you need and I'll see if its there and good.

Haha, new pics would have to wait until I get back from the cottage. Monday evening, or after that.

I have some pics located on photobucket ... hopefully they have enough detail to show tooth count/gear sizing.

Is the fifth gear set already pulled from the trans case? Fifth should be the closest tooth count between the helical gears?
Think I got that correct. Fifth is splined lightly to the end of the two long gear cluster shafts, they will fit only on the end likely.

This is one of the two:

One gear is splined to the shaft and the other has a set of cylindrical bearings, split in half when its removed from the race you see in the second picture, here:
