I'm redoing my whole suspension, 91 Plymouth colt.. I have a question about inner tie rods. I'm keeping the colts hubs, do the inner tie rods fit from a elantra or
Dsm? Or any other cars suspension stuff work with the colt? Also when ordering inner tie rods from a colt there is option for us or Canada? Both are different prices. R they both same?

The thread diameter and pitch may be the same as the DSM and Elentra inner tie rod threads, but the length of the tie rod is most certainly different. Two questions: Are your inner tie rods bad? Why would you consider using DSM or Elentra tie rods?

As far as the Canada/US difference you should stick with whatever market car you have.

To tell what country of manufacture look at the first digit of the VIN. "J" indicates Japan and "4" indicates America. My 1991 Colt/Summit/Colt 200 Factory Service Manual doesn't have a listing for Canada.

You will be safest using the Summit specific inner tie rods. Elentra lower control arms fit the cars but I have on idea what compatibility the tie rods have.
