For those of you that want one but are not sure of when to get one now is the time. I am probably not going to make anymore of these after the current batch of 20.

Harvey, have you thought about making a tool to put tension on the pulley, the one with two holes in it? It would make a great addition to these pieces that you already have. Just a thought.

I have thought of it but have not really ventured down the path of design. I have never used one personally. I want to look at one that is already available and see how it works to determine if I want to either duplicate it or use a different design. I do know one of the issues are the pins breaking. I would obviously use a higher strength dowel. How much demand is there for the pulley tool?

I have always used an allen wrench and while it gets the job done, I'm sure the right tool would make it a lot easier. Maybe make something that fits on a 1/4" drive ratchet? For the pins, maybe make them replaceable in case they break/bend one could simply tap them out and tap another one in. I'm not sure how much of a demand there would be but I could guarantee you that one kit would sell :P .
