Hi all, can someone tell me how i can know the type of turbo which i have in my car? 20g, 16g etc?

Well considering the turbos you listed aren't stock on a csm or dsm I'd be willing to guess it isn't them. Most likely it has either a 11b, 13g or 14b.

check the color of ur injectors ..blue inj.is 14b and yellow inj. is 16g

If that's the case, you probably have a TD05H 16G on there with a 7cm housing.
