vert flow can support more but i dont plan on bigger power. if i want it faster i go awd or i sell it.

can yes but there not even bar and plate. dont they have heat soak issues?

If you're running an efficient enough turbo I don't see how you'd have a problem. my buddy uses an EVO FMIC on his 350whp Volvo with a $150 eBay 50 trim turbo and it works great, doesn't heat soak. He always runs it on E85 though, that makes a difference.
