Well, 3 hours ago it had just over 3000 views. Now it has over 11,000 views and its only been posted for 6 days so far. I can see this guy getting a job somewhere making games or animated movies :) After all, the killer bean guy (Jeff Lew) went on to help out in the making of the Matrix, X-Men, and Matrix Reloaded.

110 days to make from scratch.

That's some detailed modeling. He's also got a good eye for camera angles and how to work the scene. 110 days in also pretty quick. Now the guy just needs to get a real website so he can get a job. Excellent promotional piece for himself.

I'll have to show this to my 3D animation students. Anyone know how to get a YouTube video offline to watch on Windows Media or other program?

Its already on my computer in almost the same quality as what is on youtube. 14,000 kb size.

I am using firefox as a browser, attachment or add on thingy to add is "downloader helper", then watch the video on youtube.
Right click on the page, downloader helper, media, then click on the name of the file. This will save it in a .flv format (my media player does not play it). It probably can be converted to a .wmv or you can just download the VLC Media player too. If you use the converter in downloader helper it sucks, it makes the quality go to shits.
