Check out what I found china bay is selling 4g15, 1.5 turbo kits, with the 4g15 manifold! They are prohibitively expensive on a 4g15 budget though. With the 4g15s compression to get any power gains you'd have to put in some low compression pistons or a thick head gasket. I wonder what fuel mgmt you'd use with these. What do ya'll think?

That is a trip. It's not really expensive as far as turbo kits go. It would be cool to see someone do it though. I mean, what the hell? Someone buys a $1200 turbo, why not try out this whole kit for $1300?

That is badass. I really want someone to buy that for their 1.5L and post up some results. That's awesome!

Lets start a pool to buy it, I'll throw in $100, then I'll install it on my daily. After it goes BOOM! I'll take it off and send it to the next person in the pool.

even if it's a bolt-on dealy, due to cooling issues(small cooling channels on the exhaust side of the head, from what i've read in the past), installing that will just leave you with a blown headgasket.

BUT! for anyone that just wants to experiment, without breaking the bank:

just the manifold, for 170$

might pick one up myself, just for shits and giggles :p
