Why is an update, like this one, so depressing? Maybe you can cheer me up with a good reason why you are pulling a motor and selling the car?

Cause im putting it in a galant! I think the colt will be happier when it can be driven more often, or someone makes it AWD so it can hit 11's. Just cant stand the interior (its a 89 for christ sake!) and the looks of the car. Its been great and this car has taught me so much and I love her, but we have to part ways. I know the next owner (i wish it was chris! :( ) will treat her well.

Well..... alright....I guess, some people like Gala apples, and others like their Fujis. That's just how it goes. Hope the next owner will have fun with her.

I will be posting up an ad very soon but I will probably ask $1800 since im also including all the motor mounts with prothane mounts installed an axles, which includes intermediate shaft! Also the fmic and radiator with bfg drag radials and aftermarket wheels, the whole disk brake setup and a full interior. Check my other thread for details.

I would love to have this car back but right now I don't have the extra cash or the need for another project. My Mirage is the next thing on my list and I still have plenty left to do on it.

Looking at the pics does bring back memories though. I put alot of time in that thing and I'm sure Mark has too. Whoever gets it can toss in an engine and have a very nice car for cheap. I pretty much went through that thing and replaced everything when I built it. Probably had 6 or 7k in it including the engine.
