There are two brackets that are welded from the T4 flange to the Head flange to help support weight and they have broken off at the head flange. The manifold needs to come off to weld it back on. Besides that it seems ok. The material for the wastegate crossover is alot thinner and the only reason I know is because its the only part to turn red at WOT on the dyno.
That seems to be the most common place for them to crack. I have been seriously thinking about getting a t4 manifold from here.
