Hey guys, What is up. I just joined today.... because I just bought an 89 Colt Vista. I haven't done much searches yet, but I would like to hear from you guys about it. Anywho, I bought it for $300. I saw someone posted it here. I just started tearing into it as it does not run.... yet. I am hoping by the end of today I will have it running. It has an electrial problem of some sort. That is all i know right now. If someone has a link to a repair manual, that would be great. In the mean time a am going to search for it.

Thanks,
Steve.

P.S. I bought this for a daily......... but maybe in the future it can recieve a 4g63t? The mounts look similar. I have already Had previous experience with this 2.0 SOHC in my old 89 dodge Ram50.

If you have a previous 2.0 the mounts should work, but as for the clutch/pp/axel/tranny issues you have to work out, you may want to contact the 1st/2nd gen board. If your version that is carbed you may need to redo your fuel system.

Yeah, It was the fuel pump... It was completly seized. I think it also took out A relay or some wiring cause it was not getting any power. I will figure someting out.
