So here's the story, Had a blown head gasket that had to be replaced and radiator. So replaced them but some how the cam pully got turned and wasn't correct, so after getting that somewhat close to correct but with the engine still not running correctly I had to leave the car sit for about two weeks to go race some actual race cars, anyway I got back to working on the car this weekend and got everything back together and have no spark at all! Now before I left the car was running, like crap, but running, so i checked the fuse and it was good, I then checked the wires going in to the coil and there is power going in but nothing coming out! So does anyone have idea of what the problem is? Possibly a bad coil?

Check the coil resistances, using the FSM or Haynes, or this link as a guide:
http://www.geocities.com/berserko_1/c50/

If you have nothing coming out of the coil, and the resistances are good, then maybe the part triggering the coil is bad, ie the transistor, which is integral to the unit if you go to buy a replacement. Lots of spare to be had at the wreckers, or even from members (myself included), but rule out the basics of the unit. I had an ECU fry the spark drivers? and it would do nothing to spark with every other unit replaced in the chain. :-?
<- avoid taking that route and poke around some more. :D
