Yup, it's my old car... sold it after I received a rather generous 83/25 zone speeding ticket. The car does exactly what DJ says it does, whether you think it should be faster or not of course is personal opinion.
My personal feelings are that the car would possibly go faster with a big 16G. Ask DJ, I've told him the same thing many times, but he's old, and that's what old people do -- listen to your advice and then do what they want.
I was trapping in the 108mph range on the 14b at 18psi. Spool is so absurd on the 60-1, that I've no doubt a smaller turbo (or NO) would help it. Consider the fact that the motor is ancient, the exhaust manifold is a stock *1G*, the intake manifold and head (including cams) are all just just DSM/CSM parts, and it shouldn't surprise you that it's not trapping 120+.
Finally, for the poster that commented on running faster et's on a smaller turbo -- ET is far more closely related to traction than it is power. My AWD Talon went as quick (et) on a T-25, but did it at 98mph.
ET is useless for assessing power, especially given the sad state of DJ's driving. Huge power:weight is of little value if the proper traction cannot be obtained. Go search YouTube for the TT Ford GT if you don't believe me.
