as for the other guy with the SOHC, so what if he bought it like that? I mean, since when does someone who buy another persons hooked up car and different than the person who built it?
Hah, are you kidding? I love it when kids who are rich come back into town with nice cars their mommies and daddies bought them downsouth...especially to the "car enthusiast" kind, they pick out the most modded car in Autotrader, buy it, bring it back up here, and brag so much about it I want to kill them and their car.

I think that what got to mowgli was that he had to bust his nuts on an engine swap and getting it running correctly and all that stuff, and it just pisses him off when a kid spent a little cash and it took him 10 seconds to do what he did in a year+.

Your dead correct. I worked a minimum wage job for about a year saving money to build my car. I even put off going to tech school to finish paying off my Mirage. After i got my car, it sat in my garage for a year until i had enough money and parts to get the car running. Even now it doesnt run 100%. Every morning on my way to work i would have to walk past it and get in my shit box Volvo wagon. It got depressing sometimes, but i finally did it.
