so what is the gray box that they plug into?? I like the info and am interested in this for fewer problems later.

not really a gray box, but the wire harness connector for the injectors.

mmk that totally loses me, i will have to do a bit more research into this and get back to some more questions later. need to get the swap done first, then i can worry about this. sooo much to do so little time! Thanks for the awsome help with all the wiring diagrams though. I printed most of them off to try and help. :)

I've got 4 cop's sitting here, now I've got to get the wiring done up and a plate made.

My buddy actually builds these and sells them. They look awesome but to tell you the truth i didnt notice any difference on his car.

How abt dyno the stock, then dyno the cop and see if there is a difference. I don't care what the old assomitter tells you. As long as you use the same dyno you will actually see a difference.

I didn't feel a difference but the car sounds a tiny bit different down low+at higher rpms. It cleans up the engine bay/eliminates any kind of coil+plug wire problems/looks badass.

I have a busted 2.7 in the corner of my shop waiting to be scrapped. It has six of those coils on it that work fine. Would I really need to use an MSD box to run them? I think I have one of those lying around somewhere too, but I really think it works better sitting on a shelf than on a car.
