I'm running a sachs disc and pressure plate with an OEM 4g63t fly wheel on my KM210 tranny and no issues so far. Just match clutches with fly wheel and you should be good. Unless my car is a freak of nature and some how works...

I have a factory KM210 in which I had previously installed a lightened factory 215mm flywheel, and CFDF clutch (was slipping due to PO abuse or my new found power/torque in combination).

I bought this DSM 225MM ACT 2100 clutch and pressure plate combination.

Lightweight flywheel that I mated it to.

Fidanza Lightweight Aluminum Flywheel : Mitsubishi Eclipse 90-99 Turbo #16363
THIS PART # FDZ-161651

Flywheel bolts for which you need to purchase a 12 point socket to install.
ARP Pro-Series Flywheel Bolt Kit (8-pieces): Mitsubishi Eclipse 90-99 #21611
ARP-203-2801
The flywheel bolts are actually 7gte bolts as labelled on the package but they are the correct depth for the thicker flywheel material.

Of course you can always use a stock clutch and flywheel combination, 225mm FWD 6 bolt and it will fit the starter and crank with no modifications.

I run a ACT 2100 kit for a 90-99 DSM and a stock 6-bolt FWD DSM flywheel. Works great. If I ever change it I will probably get another 2100, and maybe a lightened flywheel.

Youll need a turbo fwd flywheel for a km210, not a awd flywheel. Clutches are the same for fwd/awd.

Its been a few years, but I seem to remember that a an AWD DSM flywheel and clutch fits the km210 perfectly. The FWD turbo DSM flywheel has too large of ring gear to fit inside the bellhousing. All turbo DSM clutches are interchangeable, so when ordering a clutch just specify turbo model.

You can use a FWD turbo DSM flywheel too, it fits.

Like I said, its been a few years, so it wouldn't surprise me if I'm wrong.
