 Post subject: difference between ecu's

i have a 93 elantra i found a couple eprom ecus from a 94 or 95 elantra with the 1.8 dohc. the ecu plugs are diiferent. the plug is big meduim small and mines is the same as a dsm. ill post pics later

94.5 the Elantra changed over in electronic design among a few other things IIRC, that was the turning point for that model away from the 1G swap.
That being said, I wonder if that meant those motors changed to MAP like the 93 Colt/Summit/Mirage or what, but if your plugs don't work, then it's not going to happen without pin swapping assuming the ECU's are controlling exactly the same equipment.
