I did drive it. No issues. But then again, my car was at stock ride height.

Mine is lowered ALL the way down. but with it being so low, I was thinking it might not hurt to have the tie rod on the top, then it might be close to stock steering... Maybe...?

I am gonna look after I get the car back together...

92-95 expo knuckles, 1g 5 lug dsm hubs, 93+awd dsm 276mm front rotors, twin piston calipers. This will barely clear a 15" wheel.

These will actually still use the same 1 piece sealed wheel bearing that your current GVR4 knuckles use, not sure why you call that a crappy design.
Does it matter what year for front bearings and awd or fwd? or any 1g? Front expo knuckle awd or fwd matter?

Rear rotors year matter? awd or fwd?

90-94 dsm front wheel bearings are all the same, awd, fwd, turbo or na. Same as the 92-96 expo, colt vista and summit wagons. From what I found on CAPS the awd and fwd expo's all use the same front knuckles. You want rear rotors for any 90-94 dsm. Fwd and awd are identical.

is it only the rear hubs from a 92 mirage? or any 4th gen? And my caliper will fit in the rear?

92 only, 93-96 4g cars use 4 x 100 hubs so they will not work

And the front rotors are the same between the expo and dsm? I will just order new rotors front and rear.

They are identical in size but remember one is 4 lug and the other is 5. Buy rotors for a 1g dsm. Also if it were me I would go ahead and get the 93+ awd front rotors and toss the twin piston calipers on

and the front expo and dsm rotors and calipers are the same.... right?

Calipers are the same between the expo and the single piston 1g dsm's. Again the rotors are different

I was going to pull the entire axle, but when I brought it up to pay for it they wanted 100 bucks for it! Then the car would have dsm front and rear everything.

Well unless you find the 92 sedan hubs used they are going to cost you around $100 or more so the dsm axle may be the cheaper route if you can make it fit.

AH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I assumed they were supposed to be for drum brakes. I searched through the junkyards locally for them and no 92...

Now I have got everything for the swap except the rear hubs! I will take some time to clean the parts and apply some sweet paint my buddy has that is like powdercoating them!
