I'm running a Jay Racing kit on my car. For the bottom bracket that interferes with the half shaft mount, I swapped the half shaft mount with a 1g DSM one. I kept the CSM half shaft cause the DSM one was buggered up. All that needs to be swapped is the mount bracket anyway. Of course you can use the CSM mount too but you'll have to grind or machine a notch in the Jay Racing bracket.

I feel the need to update this for archive purposes. I continue to have nothing but problems with running the J Racing kit and a DSM half shaft bracket. It took 6000 miles for the problem to show up. The problem isn't the J Racing kit itself, its the fact that the stock CSM shaft bracket doesn't work with it. And by switching to the DSM bracket, that's what caused my issue. The DSM bracket doesn't align perfectly and it putting a downward pressure on the half shaft which is causing wear and stress on the bearing and differential inside the trans.

I've slotted the holes, shimmed and trimmed the bracket trying to get the shaft in alignment again but still no luck. I even cut the ear off the bracket so now it only has 1 bolt hole but I still have binding. It needs mode time on the grinder. I will make it work but it's been frustrating and certainly wasn't just a bolt on mod.

I built my own lower bracket out of steel and never once had a failure. A little time with a welder and a grinder, you should be good to go.
