i have a question, im finding alot of mixed answers. i have small 16g that needs rebuilt. does it need rebalanced? the compressor wheel and nut where both marked when taken apart.

According to Justin on DSMtuners, no you don't. I would take his word, seeing as that is his job. I personally have rebuild a 14b without re-balancing it and it works great.
