I hate Nate's car and it is a 90 swapped over to a full turbo CSM harness. I currently have the CSM turbo throttle body on it now but it is sticking quite bad and I am looking either to rebuild this one or if say a 91+ DSM TB is a direct swap then do that since they can be had rather cheap. I don't want to deal with wiring or something dramatic.

If you hate the car why don't you sell it?

J/K man, the 90 dsm throttle body is a direct swap but its larger.

You need a throttle body from a '90 DSM, but if you're still on the 4g61t intake manifold you will need to enlarge the opening in it for the larger DSM throttle body.

I have a good 4g61t throttle body for sale, but it's missing the sensors. Lemme know if you're interested.

It has a 1g intake manifold. I will see if anyone has a 90 DSM throttle body laying around.

Oh and I love the car! I am trying to make it run mint and the sticking throttle body isn't helping.

There's really no point in running a 63 intake manifold on a 61. I mean, the ports are larger yes but it's just going to make more of a restriction than be of any good. The only way it would yield any results is if you ported the intake manifold ports in the head to accommodate the larger runners in the 63 mani.

I was only joking as you wrote you hate Nate's car instead of you have Nate's car  .

If its already swapped and has a 1g intake manifold it may already have the 90 dsm throttle body installed. If so just take it off and find out why its sticking and fix the one you have.

I do not have a 4g61, it is a 2.0 4g63.

I think that was a slip since I am upset with my performance at the track! I don't want to sell this car until I beat Nate's time
