 Post subject: what are the odds??

.. of the pistons being destroyed when the timing belt lets loose? i have another head but i'm worried about the bottom end. i was going about 25mph when the timing belt decided to spit off all the teeth around the crank pulley...

pistons will probably be fine. But I WOULD worry about the rods and bearings. That is still quite a bit of stress.
