I disagree
I have a swaped 93 with a F5M21 tranny which is weaker than the KM series tranny. For one thing, it bolted right up also and it shifts like a champ grind free to this day with cheap fluid in it. I beat the crap ou tof it every day, run slickies on the track and trap at 112 so it is not like I dont have power to hurt it. I cant figure it out, but my friend has been through 2 trannys in his 98 GST and my tranny made to hold 90 hp it still in tip top shape.

it depends on the tranny. I know for a fact that the Km210 will fit a turbo flywheel, but the turbo flywheel wont stuff into the F series tranny. I am using a non turo clutch/flywheel in my F5M21

The Eclipse trannies are an F series as well and shouldn't be grouped with the newer Mirage F series trannies.

The 215mm clutch and flywheel out of a 4G63 non-turbo DSM will work with the F5M21 / KM201 or F5M22 / KM206... That's what I'm doing. You'll have to swap the starter plate from the 4G15 over to the 4G63.
