Hey guys, good news. For those of you wanting to source forged pistons for the 4G61, CP Pistons makes a forged 9:1 compression piston for the 2.2 liter 94mm crank DSM. This can fit into a bored out 4G61 block, and not protrude from the deck. You end up with a 1.7 liter 4G61. The CP Part number is SC7212.

I had mine ceramic coated.

in reply to these pistons ive being doing some maths and with what i can find these would be

based on
75mm stroke
86mm bore
-13.2 cc piston dish
43cc combustion chamber
1.3mm headgasket

the calculator i used came up with 7.8-1 comp ratio?
sorry for bringing up an old thread i would just like some confirmation i have done this correctly thanks
