I read the suspension thread in the archives and went to it. I got the first lower bushing out of the stock shock but destroyed the shock in the process. I couldn't get the second one out and completely messed that shock up. So not wanting to mess up my new AGX's I went on a search. After some thinking and looking around I found that the tranny mount tube was the perfect size for the AGX's bottom bushing. So I took the drill and got it out of the rubber like so.

After getting the metal part out, I went to the bench grinder and removed all the rubber. You could use basically anything but I found that to be the easiest. I then cut the pipe in half with a sawzaw. Went down to the press and got it, nice and snug.

Here they are fully together, ready to be put in.

I mounted them up today, really easy simple mount up. I used a couple washers to take out any side to side play in the bottom mount. Took it for a quick test drive and it rides 10x better now, raised it up about 2 inches from the cut springs that were in it. I do have a very slight rub that I'm not worried about, I will grind the spring mount a little and problem solved. Tomorrow I'll get the fronts in.
