it's easy... i did it for my first time last saturday....

just go to the junkyard and rip the door pannel off. roll the window down before you do that and after the pannel is off you will see two screws on the bottom of the track holding the glass with clips. unscrew those and pull the glass out.

now to put it in you dont want to just tear your door pannel off so take out the three screws that are holding the pannel to the door, they are pretty obvious, there is one near where your side view mirror should be and one on the plastic door handle dish thingy and i think there are like one or two more. after you get those out you will be asking yourself "how in the hell do i get this damn window crank off???!?!!!???" well, i thought mine just pulled off because it came off like that at the junkyard when i ripped the door pannel off. here is what you do: in between the crank and the door pannel (you will have to wedge your fingers in theere) there is a cotter pin that you can remove with needle nose pliers (or if you have mac guyver like skills you can get a strip of cloth and snag ti just right and pull it out) once you get that cotter pin off it can easily pull the window crank off. after that it's just a matter of sliding the galss in the door which can be done by sliding it in sideways kinda, well, you'll figure it out if you were good at the blocks and shapes game in pre-school. then just screw in those screws at the bottom of the track and put everyting back together and "wa-lah" you are done in 30 minitues or less or your pizza is free.
