Hello everyone. My name is ryan. Im 19 and Im from allentown pa. Today im going to be picking up my first colt. It has a 4g63t swap with a gst transmisson. The car is pretty much stock, it has ebay coilovers, cams, 3in downpipe and i believe thats it. It has 70k on the body i believe and its a blue teal color. Although its my first colt, its not my first dsm. When i was 16 i had a 1992 eagle talon. It was n/a but i put alot of money into it and i loved the car. I do have a quick question though. They guy im buying it from says the ecu isnt grouned properly. He said it is just grounded behind the dash, how should i ground this?

Oh and here is a pic of my talon just for reference-

I took care of the other one for you. Nice looking talon, I love that color on the 1gb. There should be a bundle of black wires all running together (maybe 4-5) down by the ecu. They just bolt to the body with a 10mm headed bolt. Other than that I'm not sure what he's talking about.

Oh yeah, Welcome!

awesome thank you! I cant wait to get this car today! There are some flaws, he said the wiring is kinda hacked but i can take care of that. And it need a glovebox and trunk interior pieces. But thats minor. Not to mention im getting it for only 1500. Im gonna do a compression check before i buy it too.
