Time for a quick update on the car (1990 Mirage). The engine is done and ready for pick up tomorrow. Eagle rods, Ross 8.3:1 pistons, fresh stock head, 272/272's, Felpro Permatorque gasket, ARP head studs. Same turbo, GT35R.

Brakes:
Installed 4 fresh wheel bearings and the Wilwood 4 pot Chris Burns big brake kit.

I ordered two 28" stainless lines for the rear calipers and mounted them somewhat stock. I was running rubber lines.

Furthermore, I installed a 2G turbo 15/16" master cylinder and a 93 T/E/L proportioning valve. I needed to custom bend one brake line and re-flare it, but for the most part it bolted right up. I'm very excited to test the new brake setup out.

Fuel:
I purchased a Walbro 392 inline pump and 1150cc injectors for the new setup. The inline pump is currently operated by a switch in the center console, but I may change that to turn on with a pressure switch at a certain boost level. LED in dash to tell me when it's on. I ran -6 from the in tank pump, to the inline, to the hard fuel line. At that point, I said screw it and added 9 additional feet of -6 from the inline pump right to the Fuelab filter in the engine bay and bypassed the stock hard line. I also have a -6 line from the Fuelab filter into the rail.
I installed two relays in the trunk which feed off a stock T/E/L battery fuse box. I rewired everything so 10 gauge is essentially running from the battery + and - to each fuel pump.
You can also see my "custom" fuel pump harness connector. I removed all blade terminals and soldered 10 gauge to everything.

Other:
I installed an MSD DIS 2, JDM indicators, I will be installed a FMIC sprayer with EVO3 IC sprayer nozzles that came on my E3 bumper.
Once I somehow get a couple thousand miles on the new motor I'm heading down to Illinois for some dyno tuning with Mike Reichen and Yusuf.
