Post subject:  My 5g sedan project! (finally)
Well, I picked up my 5g 1.8 sedan today. This whole transaction has been in the works for months now! This is the meager beginnings of a project that I have been wanting to work on for a long time now. Years...like about 3 or 4 of them. Ever since I traded in my '98 5g sedan, I've been wanting one again. Money, ignorance, impatience have all stood in my way, clouding my judgement, mind, and garage with multiple 3g CSMs and 1g DSMs.

But now, rejoice! I once again own a 5g sedan! Now the fun can begin!

Below are pics of how it sits right now in my garage. This state will most likely change this very night.

I have things to do to the car, quite a few things to be exact.
-- Transmission needs to be replaced
-- Engine needs to be addressed
-- Interior needs to be cleaned up a little
-- Parts that have been purchased need to be put on
-- Plates/registration has to be purchased
-- Other things to come

I'll try and just update this when I do things that are noteworthy to the car.

Thanks for the garage envy, but the cool points need to go to the previous owner, which he deserves them due to being such a cool guy. :lol:

The 5g's are really starting to grow on me now. I like the Evo 4 look the best, which one are you shooting for or are you leaving it stock?

Probably just a lip, skirts and rear pods.

Kind of to make it look like this GSR.

Probably end up doing the Evo IV. I just like the look of it the best out of all the others. Found out today the lip I ordered was on back order, and got a refund. That's my signal to ditch the GSR look and go for an Evo look instead. :lol:
Unless you are talking about the engine/drivetrain. That is to come later... :P
