Hi there,

Well, I've been here for a short while, but haven't yet made my official introduction on the site, and figured it was about time. I found this site through mitsuman when I was interested in his Colt. However financing fell through so I was SOL. I'm still keeping my eye out for a nice CSM, but I think I will wait until my current project is finished.

I live in Sault Ste. Marie, ON which is right on the border of the UP of Michigan. I have a maroon 1992 Plymouth Laser RS-T AWD. I've owned the car for just shy of 2 years now. I'm the 3rd owner of the vehicle. It was originally owned by a woman in her 40s that bought the vehicle because of the AWD and the crappy winters we have up north. It was always well maintained. The second owner had it for 2 months before selling it, and put less then 1000 kms on it. He sold it 'cause he had too many vehicles (although this was his only DSM).

She has remained in stock form until I've gotten my hands on her. I've slowly been tearing her apart since Feb. for a complete overhaul. I'm planning on completely gutting the car down to the unibody and having it stripped and repainted a different color. I also plan on some body changes and some go fast parts too. I'm swapping to an Eclipse front bumper, Talon Side Skirts, 1gA Talon rear bumper (have it already), Eclipse Altezza Tails and debadging it.

I also have installed a brand new 190LPH Walboro pump (freebie), I have a set of used Ground Control Adjustable Coil-Overs on KYB AGX shocks. The seals in the rear shocks are shot, so those will have to be replaced.

Anyways, enough with the rambling, on with the pics.

Here is what she looked like when I started out.

Here's the Altezza's. As you can see the Laser bumper doesn't meet up properly, and that's why I've got the Talon bumper to replace it.

And here's how it sits recently

As you can see I'm quite a long the way of stripping it down. Sorry for the crappy quality it was taken on my camera phone. It has been further stipped down since these shots. I will be getting more photos by the weekend and will post some up.

I look forward to meeting everyone.

Luke

Man you're killin me with those Altezza taillights. The rest of the car is really nice looking though. You should think about painting those taillights red or something, might look a little less outrageous. :-?

It'll look different after she gets painted. I may be a ricer, but I much prefer the look of Altezza's especially at night.

1g w/altezzas= :vom:
I really like your 1g, they just look like crap imo with the ricer tail lights.
I think if you smoked them out some, it would look pretty decent, but to him his own.

I've actually thought a bit about painting the center piece body-color as it is basically useless. Smoking the sides would look good though... thanks for the thought!

I really like the color of the car. That pic of the altezzas could no doubtedly be used to extract information from terrorists held at Guantanamo.
