Hello all! I'm a newbie here to your fair forum. I've been lurking about for probably a month and still another week after joining before getting the courage to post. I am by no means experienced when it comes to cars, own the car has been a learning experience.

As far as my colt is concerned, it was handed down to me from my mother not too long after I was sideswiped by a Jetta. She's been through more than her fair bit of hell and she still runs.

Nitty Gritty :-?
Rust spots here and there

The Passenger side needs more than it's share of work, I'd say both doors need to be replaced, and body work on the quarter panel.

More body work on the driver's fender and bumper needs to be replaced.

The Automatic Transmission was rebuilt about 2? years back, at the same time two of the stock wheel covers disappeared...

Shocks & struts were replaced last year, still rides rather rough..ah well

On my Second Kenwood radio, first was stolen, rear passenger side door frame has weakened from the the shotty work that was done of replacing the glass the second time.

Tires recently replaced.

I plan on fixing the car up, at least back to what stock looked like if not better, atleast in terms of body. I would love to do what I've read and seen others do and put a 4g63 under the hood, but I think I would stay NA. I'd say more but I fear I'm rambling.

It doesn't matter what it looks like when you are having fun. Fix what you want and do what you can, to achieve your goals. It's a fun little car you have there and it won't get you too many speeding tickets either! 8)
