Only seen them for Nitrous Oxide.

Impressive looking, and no doubt they work, but a waste of N2O, usually...

you know when that skyline shoots like steam from out of the front wheels in 2 fast 2 furious.
Ive seen lights in car magazines called purge lights that are ment to light up the cloud diffrent colors and stuff but what is the purge vavle.
maybe it's a blow off vavle with water in it?
:)

Man, you are talking about a purge valve for Nitrus.

This is done not just to look cool its done to get the best quality NO2 at the right temperature because NO2 runs better when it is warm thats why they have heater blackets on the bottle. So the valve is used to get rid of the cooler NO2 thats in the pipes so you get a good run.

But if you just want it for the look then you should find another forum.

Man, I think you should post a thread in the newby section called: "What is a Blow a off valve". I think you actually need to study some basic knowledge of turbo cars if you are going to make a coment like that. As said above: BOV have a purpose they are not there just to look or sould cool.

Seriously, I'm getting sick and tired of people who make cars that are just out there for fake performance. People want to look fast but go nowhere and its really getting on my nerve.

Sorry but its something I'm passionate about.

Why waste money on a car sounds and looks fast when you could spend that money and actually make it go fast.

put the go before the show, I say.

Sorry I had vent on you man but it had to be said.

Anyway, my 2c.

ok dude settle down i never said that i wanted one or even throught they were cool i agree with you and would rather spend the money on performance.
I asked the question because i wanted to no what it was and my comment (maybe it's a blow off vavle with water in it?) was obviously a joke.
And i resent the comment about the newbie section ive been a member for more then 2 years.
