Hey Zachery dunno if u remember me its matt page used to goto oc ages ago i see you @ your work heaps. Is your car really a cyborg? and did u put a 2L in it yourself coz im looking @ buying an 88 Cyborg 4 door turbo 4wd and its got a snapped cambelt and high k's so i was lookin @ puttin a 4g63T into it and was wonderin if u knew how to do it? |

gday matt, yeah i remember you. my car is the Cyborg, but it is not the 4wd. it came standard with a 1600DOHC engine, and is front wheel drive. i have put in the 4G63 2 liter, but its non turbo, goes really well. i didnt do the swap myself, i dont have the expertise, i got my mechanic to do it, and it was chep as chips, just looking to do the suspension and interior now |

sup boyz , yeah jst gt my borg on tha road ay, fruit and banana didnt no that there was any other borgs on tha coast ay!, by tha way there like 2 arcers of fress grass out in gulfharbour by tha golf course. mad 4 heli's! |

hmmm, theres actually more NZ'ers here than i thought. heh, i havent been here for a while, been a bit busy, but i'll start coming here more often again. Oh and M4VR1K, where did u get your engine swap done, and how much was it exactly....my mechanic quoted me a shitload to put a 4G63t in.....it cant be too much cheaper to put in a non-turbo can it..? Hey, im from Nelson nz. I try to get as often as I can but end up spending most of my spare time in the garage. Ive got a 89 gsr 4wd in the shed at the moment, its in a thousand bits. I'm rebuilding a 63 for it...these things take time is there any one on here with the 63 with the 4wd setup?? I also install car audio and alarms for a crust, so If any one has any q's just holla also on nzmmc Alistair p.s shame on you dub for taking so long to register

Hey guys, EvolutionMirage here from nzmmc. didnt realise there was a nz/aussie section here I have a 88 mirage cyborg RS sedan 4x4 with the 4g61t Mods include TDO4L turbo VR4 intercooler w/ evo 3 piping 3" exhaust from turbo into 2 1/2" back GSR airflow meter w/HKS filter Turbosmart boost controler Lowered - sitting about the same height as dub's i think Riped out the crappy RS interior and replaced it with the standard 88-90 GSR seats and white dials Did some custom work mounting some factory evo RS guages in the dash above the glove box. getting a digi cam tomorro so ill try get some pics up soon anyone here near palmy? |
