With that bit of a history lesson, I understand what you mean. I figured that, at least, it could be settled somehow. I wrote a thread applying to the NW crowd some time ago, and while there was no action spurred from it, I knew there are some people from the Washington area that could be more active in it, hence, my curiosity to spark this region.
