There was a guy and he did those things with that stuff.
His chips stuff went down (equipment failure) and had to get sent out.
Not sure if it's up and running, but he's been drawn back to the dark side of the automotive world .... VW!!!
My chip wouldn't do you any good and here's why:
780cc injectors, 2g maf, Cyclone dual runner control at 4200, no safety protocols, goes lean in boost ... still sorting but received LinkV3 in the mail just in the last week.
I likely have to hang onto my chip in case we need to pull anything from it and tweak it for drop in use, should anything every happen to my link setup.
There are others that can tune chips, but aim for someone on this side of the pond. ECU's from the other side used certain pins differently and or the access inside the chip.
