Is it the white body color bar just below the headlights and the grille?

It attaches with (4x) 10x1.25mm body colored bolts, and requires removing the grille headlights and the bumper.

Either buy a new/used one and modify it, or spend time lookin for a part that we never knew exists.

Since 2003, I've only seen one, maybe two bumper top bars that were modified with holes for ventilation. Never knew there was another version, mainly because we've never really had any diesel users/owners here, ummmm ever. They made them, but their owners don't come here and post pictures. There are trim covers that go near the radiator top for Galant diesels, but this is another part, but helps to direct air into the rad area and not past the radiator support and hood.

I vote to modify another part, keep the one you have. Just be aware it's a pain to work with because the metal is very very thin and bends very easily.
