I need a good set of FWD Ebrake cables. They have to be from a rear disc car. Before I started my swap the original cables on my car were seized up. I have a set of DSM cables but am having trouble with them being too long. Thanks

I was able to unseize mine by hanging them up and letting liquid wrench set for a couple days, used a little heat too. Took about 3 days to get them sliding good again haha.

I used dsm cables in my first swap with no issues. I remember having to widen up the spots where they slid into place inside the car and adjusting the handle but after that they worked fine.

Thanks 89mirageman I rechecked the routing of my cables. I was able to 're-route them to where they are working great. I also had to widen the holes for the wider cable grabs. Close thread.
