1989 Dodge Colt Gt Turbo Drive Side cv axle without intermediate shaft is.....EMPI CV Joint Half Shaft 80-4064 cheapest I could find it was ebay for $70

I don't know about the intermediate shaft. I am trying to buy one myself. But I thought I would help you out on the cv axle part.

I have tried to get at local auto parts and they always give me wrong one. Are you sure this is the correct length?

This is the number I got from ThomCasey. He has ordered it a while back for this colt with a 4g63.
The issue is in the intermediate shaft. What are you using dsm or csm turbo?

There is the image but find it on ebay cause amazon doesn't have it.
I will be able to tell you more after this weekend. It is sitting at my other house with the car. I just ordered it and it was delivered today.
What knuckles are you using?
Hope that helps plus check out my post on driver side cv axles cause I posted a lot of info.
My understanding so far is if you are using the awd trans cause you are going awd...(manual)
Then use the dsm awd trans (manual), dsm awd intermediate shaft (manual), dsm awd driver side cv shaft seal, expo knuckles, and 80-4064 csm turbo driver side cv axles.
I don't know if there was a different intermediate shaft for the auto to manual for a awd dsm. Also, I don't know what cvaxle to use cause you are auto. I assume you would use the 80-4065 for a auto awd and the auto intermediate shaft for a dsm awd (if there is a difference in awd dsm intermediate shafts for auto and manual).
