I can point you toward a junkyard in Ohio USA that has a pretty decent blue dash, but I just swiped the tach cluster out of it Saturday, so sorry if you needed that too.

i have a dash pad very good condition with verysmall crack thats not seen when installed. i might be able to sell it, make me offer. i have pics if u need
