2G TB elbow
Freshly rebuilt 1g turbo TB from Steve @ throttlebodys.com (new everything with FIAV blockoff)
Stock 1g turbo intake manifold

stock 4g63 fuel rail
-6AN fuel rail outlet
Aeromotive adjustable FPR

4g63t engine to Colt interior plug and play adapter harness
Battery relocation to trunk
Custom aluminum battery hold down

Fuel pump rewired and Bosch relay accessible in spare tire area with fail-safe connection (jumper wires added in case relay fails and you need to get the car started again)

Missing Parts
ECU (I have several 4g63t ECUs and couple with DSMLink but they'll be sold separately)
Coupler to attach 2g intake pipe to turbo
Coupler to attach 2.5" 2g TB elbow to 1.75" 1g BOV hard pipe
Boost controller (I have a few MBCs and can throw one in)
Radiator and hoses

Items Left to Complete
  • Finish intercooler setup - cut hole marked in passenger side fender well area, mount SMIC to fender well area, and run the silicone piping
  • Finish engine harness - route in a clean fashion and make connections, repair the CAS connector with brand new connector and pigtail purchased (included with car), repair the connectors at the water neck/thermostat housing, already has a 2g MAF plug wired in off the 1g MAF plug (both plugs are available and functional)
  • Finish one shifter cable mounting to transmission - either need to drill a hole and mount with bolt/nut to mimick Colt shifter arm orientation or run DSM shifter cables and make adjustments, some people also weld on the Colt shifter arm which will be included - several options to get this to work and not difficult
  • Repair a small section of brake hard line under the driver side door - connects to junction underneath car so only one side needs to be flared and joined to a smaller piece, I will provide the brake line and connectors - this is a simple fix
  • Mount slave cylinder and attach braided line
  • Bleed clutch and brakes
  • Put together some miscellaneous interior panels and trim (I had some off to replace with nicer units and will finish installing some of the loose interior pieces)
  • Fill engine and transmission with oil
  • Run vacuum/pressure lines to FPR, BOV, wastegate, MBC, etc.
  • Drive the damn thing! :)
There's really not a lot of work to do and nothing that you couldn't button up in a weekend or two depending on how much time you have. I'm absolutely swamped right now and just don't have the time to finish it up; not to mention, I'm preparing for a move early in 2016. I'm gutted to say the least, but need to be a realist and make way with it so that it doesn't sit for another 6 months. I've obviously put a lot of work into it and have used quality parts. It'd be an absolute blast to drive tuned to around 25 psi on the EVO3 16g. Anything on the missing list that I have, aside from ECU, will be included. I paid $1100 for the shell originally without the engine. It is low mileage and clean for its age with ZERO roof rust bubbling! I'd like to get $2500 for it as it sits due to the low mileage, clean body, 4g63t swap, rebuilt front end, and low mileage parts. It needs minimal work to complete, and it's a prime candidate for an AWD swap.

If you'd prefer to go a different route such as GM MAFT or speed density with a FMIC and DSMLink to tune it all, I can drop the 2g MAF and intake pipe along with the SMIC and silicone piping and offer the car for $100 less. I was going for a simple setup to get this finished quicker, but a FMIC and at least GM MAFT with DSMLink would be the way to go. I do have a few FMIC kits, lots of IC piping, Tial BOVs, and GM MAFTs among tons of other parts so if you're thinking about a different setup, I do have those parts for sale separately. I will be posting up all of my remaining parts in the coming days.

Feel free to PM me with any additional questions you may have. Thanks for the space!
