Hello Friends!

For sale is my 1993 Dodge Shadow Es Convertible that just turned over 104k miles. This car spent its whole life in York, Pa and was originally owned by a 64 year old lady. She bought the car in 1992 and I bought it in July of this year. My wife drove it since then and has put about 2k miles on it. Its really clean considering its 20 years old. It was repainted in June base/clear due to the blistering clearcoat that Chrysler was known for back in the day. The lower molding and bumpers were than changed to a dark grey metallic. It had a new top put on in 2010 also according to previous owner. This car is an automatic.
KBB in good condition is $3300.00 Im looking for 2300.00 Or will trade for another clean Csm,Small pick up or daily driver
The Good:

Pa inspected till 5/14
Drivers side air bag
Original A/C charged with r-12, PW,PL,PS,2.5 4cyl that gets about 35mpg,
New front rotors and pads 6/2013
New Goodyear tires on freshly polished wheels by me last month
New rear shoes 6/2013
New window motors 6/2013
timing belt replaced 6/2013
New Pioneer head unit with sub controls and amp wiring 7/2013
New head lamps and fuel pump replaced in 6/2013
Car has another set of the stock steelies with 80% tread yokohama tires and chrome hubcaps for winter
It had a battery and radiator installed this year also.
Car is ready to be a daily driven!

The Bad:

The lower door moldings are not damaged. They get wavy from age. Every Es with these eurothane kits do this.
Carpet under drivers floormat is a little dirty. Not greasy or ripped but needs a good shampoo machine to clean it.
When they replaced the drivers window motor, they lost the retaining clip that rides in the front window track so glass moves in and out of track about a 1/4''. Glass is still supported and wont come out, just has a little play on the way up and down. Window goes up and down fine.
Drivers side has the wrong door bushing in it on bottom and needs correct one. Hinge creaks every now and then. I can get the correct 5 dollar part but never have the help around to have someone physically hold the door so I can pull out the pins to correctly fix it.
Paint job was professionally done but clear has some orange peel in it on the hood and rear quarters. It needs wet sanded and buffed by someone who knows what they are doing. Its not bad at all but needs a few finishing steps.

Ditto, I looked back in his posts to see the last time he was on before now.

I will never forget the picture of him standing next to his C10. Made the poor car look like a PowerWheels. HAHA

I was on about a month ago but haven't really trolled too much. Boy, those were the days! LOL! A 91' shadow America was one of my first real cars back in 1992-93. My Blazer was killing me in gas to the tune of 130-140 for 5 day a week commutes. I saw this in July and my wife liked that she could put the top down and I bought it so I could drive her Grand Prix. Now I work close to home so im driving my Blazer again. Hey Tony, Can I put FT/FS before the title, or can I make another ad in the trade section?

Thanks, Rich

Hey guys, I will also trade for daily drivers. Im tall so definitely a 2 door car. I like the older stuff too. 90's Buicks, Grand Prixs, Ford Taurus's, Daytonas, anything interesting, mini trucks also. I know no one will trade me their 11 second csm even if my car was worth 5k but figured someone on the east coast would have a running swapped csm that doesn't fit their daily commute. Im trying to be realistic so I figure I would throw that out there.

Thank You :P

I take that back, some Daytonas are cool, as long as they're turbo. You need a Volvo.
