Just some pics of the progress ive made on this 93 dodge colt 2dr coupe.

Car has been stripped down inside and out with a few exceptions. Interior dash shell remains but with zero heat/ac controls or wiring inside the car. Was going to be a race/car or custom wired street car eventually. Was in progress of swapping in a 4g63 and doing an AWD Conversion but lost intrest and time (along with money) to finish this project.

The car does have quite a history, it was converted to an electric car. The title for the vehicle states that it does have i think somewhere around 15-20k miles (original miles) on the chassis. Car sat for quite a while after the electric conversion had malfuntioned or quit working. I managed to snag this up without the electric conversion stuff and stripped it down and replaced many many parts on this to restore the chassis.

Car will need paint no matter what... was white but has faded and did have vinyl stickers on it which literally caked to the paint. Some of the paint on the car had to be removed to get these stickers off...

Either way, the engine bay has been repainted along with new control arms with bushings, front sway bar with poly bushings, kyb gr2 struts all the way around (new) with new strut mounts. coil springs cleaned up. new front wheel bearings and rear bearings with hubs that convert the rears to the same bolt pattern as the fronts but splined for axels.

Rear stock subframe has had a portion cut out for the awd diff bracket to be created. Car includes EVO 3 Rear trailing arms as well as mounts to bolt in a 4g63 (tbelt side and trans side) front and rears have no yet been created yet.

Converted the car from cable clutch to hydraulic with pedal set and new clutch master. Also replaced the brake master cylinder with one from a mitsubishi expo to allow for disc brakes all the way around. stock this car had rear drum brakes.

Car has had alot of cleanup, major work done, but i just dont have time or money for it anymore these days.

Just looking to see if anyone would be interested in something like this. Would obviously need a trailer to take it away. Comes with an evo3 trans and bare 4g63 block with good crank (never turned) and rods+pistons, also has a 23 spline tcase as well... Will throw in an f5m21 cable clutch tranny with the correct shift lever and brackets to use on the awd transmission. Also comes with a 90 wiring harness thats all pinned out (labeled)

Any intrest? id hate to throw something like this to the crusher....
