HEy Guys,

Selling an original 1990 Lancer GSR / GT Colt 1.6L Front Bumper Bar. Has a a few nicks and scratches but overall in good condition. Wouldn't take much to sandback, epoxy and repaint. This is a very rare item. Please see pic. Let me know if interested. Thanks!

I want that with all my heart, but I think the shipping quote would stop it

Before we start talking about shipping quotes, how much are you looking to get? It looks like the divider between the two driver side ducts is split. Can you get a few better pictures and maybe give it a quick spray with the hose so we can see what is dirt and what isn't?

Haha aww bro I no how you feel. Not sure what freight costs from Oz but it's fairly lite if that matters.

$175AUD Im asking, which I think is fair considering how rare it is. It's not in perfect condition, but overall good for what it is. Yeah the front right is split, however if you sanded it back and repaired you'd never notice. Definitely needs some TLC and a repainting, certainly nothing irreparable. ;) A steal if you want your GSR/GT to look original, the way it should.

I've already gotten a bumper, but the upper vents that are held in by screws. Can you source any more of those? I'd like a set. Thanks.

Does it come with the support bracket and attachments to get it bolted right to the body?

Nah sorry negative on the upper vents....

Flying Eagle I believe you're referring to the high tensile impact cross member which the bumper mould sits on? Sorry don't have that piece. Though I reckon that part could be sourced cheaply from somewhere. Price example - http://compare.ebay.com/like/2005440931 ... s&var=sbar

The bar comes as is, with all plastic mount/screw holes intact and those 2 flimsy metal brackets to secure the lower half of each side of the bar to the vehicle.

For you guys in the states, I'll reduce it to $160AUD due to conversion rates. Though shipping could be the killer for you. :( Measures 168X58X33 and weighs probably 3-4kgs.

While I have a little more tact than Bosco I have to agree with him that your price is high for its condition. I am pretty sure I will be buying from Ebay for $235 USD that needs minimal work (ie. not torn at all, no deep deforming gouges, almost scraped through on the front lip, hole in the upper trim, etc) and use their guaranteed DHL delivery for $265 from Malaysia. We have at least one member that has purchased from the particular seller and was very happy with what he received.

If the shipping was in line with Malaysia and you were asking $75 USD + shipping I may be a player but for $160+shipping I'm out because of the amount of work I would have to put into it or my cost to not deal with it and have someone else toil :(

I can appreciate the rarity of the item and I sincerely wish you the best of luck but I'm not your buyer.

Crunchy you make some interesting points. I'm gonna post it around some Oz forums and wait see what response I get locally. I'm expecting zero compared to you guys in the States. If in a week or two im still at a loss regarding a buyer, then I'll reduce it closer to your price. It's only due to it's rarity that I care that the right price is found. I may just auction it up on eBay but wanted this forum to get first dibs. I'll let you know if I do. Cheers fellas!

If you don't get any interest in your neck of the woods and you're willing to work on the price my Zip is 92627 (Costa Mesa, CA) if you want to quote shipping.

I am looking at buying one, just not for that price in that condition.

Cheers :D

No worries will do. ;) Shipping looks between $215-85 with FedEx Economy but I'll have to confirm that on the phone due to it's irregular shape and size.
