Well guys, some things are changing, and I feel its probably time for me to let this one go. I may regret it later... Anyway here is the build thread, and the information on it... http://www.4g61t.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=64&t=27451 Over all this car has (or comes with) all the c53a goodies. c53a Parts (Installed) Engine and trans mounts Brake booster KM210 with SBR LSD insert (used trans from my mirage) Turbo shifter cables Turbo harness (jumpered to run an NA) Turbo Axles Turbo front sway bar (un installed) Turbo front brake calipers (you will need turbo rotors) Full Turbo Rear Disk set up (have a set of used rotors to go with) All 4 Turbo Seats Gauge cluster (broken spot on inside of the black portion of the cluster) Misc Items (uninstalled) 4 brand new KYB Struts (Installed) G/G Cam combo (largest stock cams) Extrude Honed stock Intake Ebay Header K&N filter (New) Excel wires (new NGK plugs) Reproduction fuel tank Koni Yellow rear struts on C53a springs This car was going to be my daily, but I have lost interest in it. At this point the car runs, and you can drive it around the yard, but the brakes need to be bled, as I haven't done so since the brake booster install (and I planned on putting turbo brakes on it). The front of the shifter is being held down by two screws (I was going to have nuts welded to bolt it too, stock bolt location is different on an auto and a 5 speed). The dash is out of the car, the foam/vinyl has been mostly removed. The AC system is a mix match of stock parts, and I think with a charge it would be operational. Its open header... The Tach will not work for some reason, I assume its a bad wire in the harness, but I've had no time to chase it down. I'll try to think of more things on this car and post them as they come to me. I do have the title, signed by the previous owner. I never bothered to register it, as I never drove it... You could finish it as is, or drop a 63T into it and have all the workings of a turbo car... Looking for $1500... I'm NOT interested in parting it out, but may be open to parts trades (preferably g4cs short block, or a DOHC 6g72 or RWD swap stuff)+ cash. Thanks |

Just remembered it has an ACT 2100 in it, that came out of my mirage last time I upgraded... Also have a Turbo rear spoiler I'll throw in. Thanks |

so it needs an exhaust, brakes bled, and what else to be drivable? |

Yes it needs exhaust from the "test" pipe back. The original brakes could be bleed and used but I'd go ahead and finish the turbo brake conversion before putting many miles on it. It needs the dash installed ( it's missing the foam ). Also the seats need to be bolted in. But I do have turbo seats for it. I drive it around the yard like it sits ![]() |

I have a number somewhere for the guy I used to transport my 72 Colt from California to AL (the actual trucker, not the broker), if you want, I'll see if I can't find it tomorrow.
