Okay, I posted it for sale awhile ago but changed my mind and thought I would keep the car.

Its becoming a hassle to move it- especially because its sooooo cold outside now.

1992 Dodge Colt- 4G15 4spd. Absolutely the most stripped down model out there. Basically has power brakes and an aftermarket tape deck... $600 firm

Lets start with good stuff:
Front brakes were done less than 100mi ago, has all the 4G37 goodies on it, and it comes with most of the parts to convert to rear disc brakes (will need pads, rotors and e-brake cables to complete). Tires are still very good, clutch still has plenty of life left in it ( I changed it out a couple years ago when I first got the car).

Stuff that comes with the car:
Spare 4G37 MAF
Spare 4G15 ECU
Spare set of 4G37 injectors
Rear cargo cover thingy (didn't come with one so I got one out of a junked colt)
Rear disc conversion (as mentioned before)
3" GM MAF
Any loose change or other somewhat valuable stuff found in the car

Now the bad stuff:
Has a starting and running issue. I've explained it before but I will say it again- The colder it is outside, the harder it is to start, and thus some days it will be impossible. When it does start, it will not run for very long unless you keep the revs up. So if you come to a stop, keep your foot on the gas to keep it running. I tried everything I could think of and everything that the great people here suggested. but after letting a friend mechanic take it for a week, he found that the compression was a bit low, and cylinder #4 was drastically lower than the other 3. I know, thats not good, but at least the problem was found, instead of throwing more ECUs at it.

More bad:
Its a Wisconsin car, so it has rust. Under the car is pretty good yet, but the body is where its at. And most of it is in the typical spots. The roof is starting to show the rust spots...

I need this gone. As far as pics go, I can send pics via text the fastest. Otherwise it might not be until late saturday or sunday before I post anything... And I need this thing out of here.

I do remember that. I got the camera out but when I got home it was dark. I will take them and post them up tomorrow morning. Honestly tho, don't hold your breath if you are hoping for a small bit of surface rust... its not good. But I will post up all pics of rust areas.

HERE are the pics. NOTE:All the black you see is Rust Stop paint in a rattle can. I sprayed it on any rust I saw to help stop or slow the progress. Any questions feel free to ask. Car is located just off of Hwy 20 in Racine, WI less than 8 miles East of I94. Very easy to get here.

Spraybomb it flat black and tint it, then it'll sell easily.

Yea- if I could drive it to my parent's I would... but current temps have been under 25 and the colt says "Oh no ya don't. I'm not gonna start for shit."

Battery started getting low, so I pulled it inside and charged it up. Probably gonna fill the tank back up with gas, cuz I'm sure not having a full tank isn't helping.

Bump- need it to go bye bye.

If it takes 20 minutes of cranking before it starts, it's probably a cts.

...Actually, its not that it takes that long- but it just won't start. Anyway, I'm done with it and thats why its in the for sale section here. Also on CL if anyone stumbles on it.

Okie Dokie- This weekend the car will go bye-bye. I will still have just about all the parts off of it that I can sell to you guys, but this is the final call... Not like anyone is really interested anyway. But stay tuned for the sale of all the goodies I have for the car.

$500.
