The time has come to let the samurai go. I love it to death, but to continue my real passion I think I have to part ways. I need a tow vehicle and need something I can sleep in on racing trips. That and I haven't even been through a full tank of gas in 8 months with it. So I have started to lose interest. I love my little truck, but I love racing my Dodge Colt more.

This truck is certainly no show piece. But it is all function and little form. The truck gets 29-30mpg in town. The chassis has what I presume is 205,xxx miles on it. I was told when I bought it that it had rolled over once before. The truck has a new Pavement Ends top that was installed the last week of January. The last compression test showed 120psi on all four cylinders. Keep in mind the truck lives around 6000ft above sea level. The valves were adjusted to factory specs in january. I apologize for the paint job. It is courtesy of the revious owner. The truck runs well so I have not really been bothered by it.

The truck does have some rust on it. As far as I know, it has lived it whole life in colorado. It had a colorado dealer badge on it when I bought it. So rust is at a minimum. There is some oxidation on the windshield, a little rot on the rocker panels, a little on the fenders and a tiny little bit on rear quarter panel. As I said, the truck is not a show piece, but it runs well, and is in decent shape after 22 years and 200,00 miles.

It does have a small oil leak that I have not fixed yet. I put an oil pan gasket on it about 2,000 miles ago that fixed one leak. Come to find out the rear main leaks as well. It leaks about 1 quart maybe a little more in 3,000 miles.

The timing belt was done 18,000 miles ago.
The short block is not the original to the truck. The previous owner had an oil pump failure.
The spark plugs only have 3,500 miles on them.
The battery only has 50 miles on it. As well as the battery cables.
The cap and rotor only have 6,000 miles on them.
The plug wires have 6,000 miles on them as well.
Tires have 60-70% tread on them. They are stock sized.

The truck has the following modifications.
Petroworks modified stock intake manifold.
Petroworks fuel pressure regulator.
Harley Davidson Screaming Eagle 44mm constant velocity(CV) carberator.
Electric fuel pump with external switch inside of glove box.
Holley fuel pressure regulator(was on the truck before the new carberator setup).
1996 Dodge Neon front seats.
Panasonic CD player.
Infinity 4" speakers.
Block heater to help the motorcycle carberator start in the cold colorado winter.

She is fairly clean and a pretty good candidate for a daily driver or a new prject for someone. It was my sole daily driver for two full years.

I believe my asking price is more than fair and at a good market value. So please don't waste yours or my time with horrible offers. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
