I have had this setup for about 2 years. I got it from someone on here as payment for building his car for him. I have not had this on any of my cars. However it was ran on a friends colt on 14lbs for about 600 miles. Spooled great, no smoking, very very little shaft play. And ran a faster trap then his 16g on 24lbs.

Heres the setup:

2G manifold
Turbonetics/AGP rs49t with 90 degree elbow welded on.
Custom o2 housing with 38mm wastegate flange
Off brand 38mm wastegate with 14psi spring.(no creep whatsoever, held to redline+)
Full 3 inch mandrel bent aluminized exhaust all the way to the rear tires where it was cut off the previous car.
Wastegate dump tube to the ground

The setup was all built on a 4g63 in a CSM so it is all tight against the block for room(so will def fit 1g, 2g, GVR4). It also retains PS I was told. However the car it was on did not have it so I cannot verify that. The exhaust tucks up into the tunnel right after the firewall. I do not have pics of the exhaust on the car but I will take some of it off soon.

But there is one thing wrong with the setup. When I got it, there was a turbo bolt sheared off in the exhaust side. A friend told me he could drill it out for me so I gave it to him and when I got it back the hole was elongated and a bolt will no longer thread into it. I was going to pull the exhaust side off when I was going to use it and weld a stud onto the exhaust side similar to the factory turbos. But i am going a different route and am parting with this setup. It ran perfect and no exhaust leaks with the 3 bolts in it. But I would recommend getting it fixed.

Also I would recommend running a 3000gt oil filter with this due to the tight squeeze when it comes time to change the oil with the stock filter.

I am NOW asking $550 shipped. Price is negotiable...

Onto the pics:

Yes, very slightly smaller but good to about 450hp. Great spooling turbo and decent power output. If I didn't have my turbo setup, I'd jump on this. Bump for a good buy!

Oh believe me, if I had my tax money by now that would already be on my 63t in my Colt. I hope you don't sell it anytime soon so I can still get it... 8)
